The fact of the matter is, The Crew 2 is not available for preorder since it already released on May 31, 2018.
The Crew 2 is available on PlayStation, Xbox, Google Stadia, and PC via the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
In addition to its Standard Edition, The Crew 2’s offerings include a Deluxe Edition and a Gold Edition with plenty of extra goodies such as an included Season Pass, Legendary Motors Pack and a Motorsports Deluxe Pack.
Unfortunately, despite being on a such a wide array of platforms, there remains no crossplay feature for The Crew 2.
For PlayStation, PC and Stadia players looking to see what The Crew 2 has in store, the game is set to have a free weekend from July 8 to July 12 for players to try out the game. According to Ubisoft, those who like the game and want to keep playing after the free weekend period is over will be able to acquire The Crew 2 at a special discounted price of up to 80%.
While this promotion doesn’t seem to include Xbox players, there remains a four-hour free trial available to those on the Microsoft consoles and PC.
Heading into Year 4, the game is still going strong as it continues to see plenty of ongoing support in the DLC department.
As announced during the?E3 Ubisoft Forward show?last month, The Crew 2 will continue to have new seasons and content more than three years removed from its initial 2018 launch.
To kick off the Year 4 content and continue the story, the in-game television production company, Motorflix, is set to get started on its third season this summer with The Crew 2 Season 3 Episode 1: US Speed Tour East on July 7.
